People ask me when is this going to end Kris? Everyone in animal rescue knows what that question means. It means when are the killings in the shelters and the stray problems going to end. I always say when the City gets serious about spay and neuter. The city will give you every reason why they cannot do it. Not enough man power to go door to door to enforce spay and neuter and not enough man power to catch every stray on the street. They also do not try to stop the backyard breeders that are breeding and selling puppies and more on Craigslist. So we have people breeding and making money and the shelters killing thousands that turn into millions. Is this really the United States? The USA is a third world country when it comes to the animals. So when people ask me when is this going to end Kris I say when the City gets serious about animal rights and spay and neuter.
